Mike is a Washington, D.C.-based policy strategist, specializing in transportation, infrastructure, energy, environment, tax, trade, and international policy. He began independent consulting work after serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Legislative Affairs for the American Trucking Associations. He previously served as the Washington Representative for PACCAR, the U.S.-based truck and engine manufacturer of Peterbilt, Kenworth and DAF brand trucks; and earlier for OOIDA, the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association when they first opened their Washington, D.C. government relations office.

Mike spent nearly a decade working in Congress as either Legislative Director or Chief-of-Staff for Congressional leaders on key committees. These included Congressman Bill Shuster, a past Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee; Congressman Bud Shuster, also previous Chairman of that Committee; and Congressman Mac Collins, who served on the House Ways & Means, Budget, and Intelligence Committees. He has an extensive legislative background, strong bipartisan relationships throughout Congress and the Administration, and a proven ability to both create and execute legislative and regulatory agendas.

Mike is a graduate of Gettysburg College, and resides in Washington, D.C.
