Maximize your time at the event with the TTMA 2026 mobile app. Easily view the schedule, speakers, photo gallery, instant alerts and more. You can even create personalized lists to target what you want to see, hear and do.

App Download Instructions

For iPhone and Android users:
Visit www.tripbuildermedia.com/apps/ttma2026. This link will automatically detect your phone type and take you to the correct location to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also scan the event QR code to download the app.

Logging Into the App

On the login screen, enter your username and the password you created from the login credentials email or by using the Reset Password link on the login screen.

Click the Reset Password link and enter the email address you registered with. You will receive an email with a link to set your password.

Once your password is set, return to the app login screen and sign in using your email address and password.

Get to Know the App

When you first log into the app, you will see a guided tour. Click through the slides for helpful tips on navigating the app. You can access the tour anytime by clicking the ? icon on the home screen.

Personalizing Your Experience

Create personalized lists such as MySchedule or MyContacts by selecting the empty circle next to an entry so a checkmark appears. Entries with a checkmark are added to your MyEvent.

To access your lists, click the MyEvent icon on the home screen.

Exporting MyEvent Lists

Open MyEvent and select the Export button in the top right corner. Choose the lists you want to export, enter your email address and click send. Your lists will be emailed to you as an Excel file.

Complete Your Profile

Click the MyProfile icon to edit your attendee profile. Add contact information, upload a photo and choose which details are public or private using the lock icon.

Attendee Networking

Use the Let’s Meet button in the attendee list to connect with other attendees. Send an introductory email directly through the app. Email addresses remain private until you choose to share them.

You can sort the attendee list alphabetically by name or company.

Navigating the Schedule

The schedule is organized by date and time. Use the All toggle to view all sessions for the selected day or the Now toggle to see sessions currently happening.

Use the search icon to find sessions by keyword or the filter icon to narrow sessions by category.

Checking Into Sessions

Some sessions include a Check In button. Tap the icon and enter the 4-digit session code to record your attendance.

You can view your check-ins under MySession Tracking in the MyEvent menu.

Finding Sessions and Exhibits

If a session or exhibitor is connected to a floor plan, click the Map It button to view the location on the event map.

Be Social

Share photos in the in-app gallery and participate in the social feed by posting comments and questions.

Get the Latest App Updates

When updates are available, a red Sync badge will appear in the app. Tap the sync icon to download the latest information. An internet or cellular connection is required.
